How do I sell one or more of my portions? After INVESTGOLD is notified in writing, a price will be negotiated and on acceptance a purchase order will be generated. Once all conditions have been met in terms of the signed Co-Ownership Plan and an agreement has been reached between both parties the funds will be paid over to you.

Can I only sell my portion to INVESTGOLD or may I sell it to anyone? INVESTGOLD has the first option to purchase a portion from you. Should both parties be unable to agree on a price, you may sell your portion to anyone else (refer to the Co-Ownership Plan agreement available from our brokers).

 

How many portions of a coin may I purchase? Hundred (100) - each portion is equal to 1% of the value of a coin. INVESTGOLD allocates certain coins to the Co-Ownership Plan of which portions are made available for sale.

Can I get involved in any coin dealer's Co-Ownership Plan? To our knowledge, INVESTGOLD is the only coin dealer in South Africa allowing clients to purchase small portions of coins through the so-called Co-Ownership Plan. Clients are advised to deal only with reputable SAAND members.

How do I purchase a portion? You enter into an agreement with INVESTGOLD called the INVESTGOLD Co-Ownership Plan. This agreement will result in an account being opened in your name. Ever

How is the price of a portion determined? A percentage of a portion is directly linked to the value of such percentage of the selling price of the coin. The same is applicable on the buying price of a portion.y time you wish to purchase a portion, your broker will forward a quotation for your approval.
